I set an appointment showed up 20 minutes early waited over an hour in a half till I was seen. I had everything basically filled out on line I didn't know how to finish it. So the lady that seen me couldn't figure it out cause I had sold stock another hour in a half I left. The lady had no idea what she was doing had to find someone to help her even tho I filled out 90% of the form all she did was file it and put in my stock cause I did do everything else right . This was in 2016 last year.
I have enjoyed the privilege of getting to know several of the tax experts at HR Block in Brainerd. Thank you, Paul. Your patience, kindness, and competence...they are extraordinary.
