The paperwork process was fantastic. They had everything ready for me, so all that was needed was to print the papers, and sign them with the finance manager. He offered all sorts of protection packages that could be tailored to my needs. It was a "Have It Your Way" experience!
I have had the car for 8 months now, and it has been the best purchase I made. I love the gas mileage, the reliability it provides over my previous car, and the stylish looks of it. Service work has been amazingly smooth. They are always on time when I make my oil change appointments, provide clear results on the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection, and explain why certain things are important to do. The follow up phone calls to make sure that my purchase and service work were done to excellent standards really show that the management of this company demands excellence from their employees!
