The customer service is really what makes these stores!
This business is not even deserving of a 1 star review. If I could leave a NEGATIVE review (like, -10), I would. I feel as though I am being generous giving them a one star review. I urge all people not to step foot into this store as the manager is the rudest most condescending and belittling man I have ever met. My experience: I walked in to get my screen on my iPhone repaired and left in tears because the manager belittled me and would not stop. He would not let me get a word in, spoke over me in a very loud and condescending manner and basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. It was like a big "FU" to me. Ultimately, I left in tears and managed to get my screen repaired at a different store. I had mentioned my experience when I went to their competitor and was informed that this wasn't the first time that they have heard this type of story. When I started offering my experience to those who ask for advice on where to get their electronics repaired, it seemed quite clear that there is an ongoing buzz about the horrible customer service at this location and that the manager is a d*ck to many others. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that others do not have to experience the emotional response that I had to at this location.
I found my batteries just fine and think the prices were ok. However, they had a promotion for a discount online if you pick up at the store.
I didn't get it as I had to type a specific code in at checkout. Why play those games?
It soured a good experience into a frustrating one...
You guys repaired my phone screen. But it's a iff color now. Whites are more red, everything's less vibrant and more grey, and scrolling and drawing is shaky and glitches now.
Amazing service, got an iPhone 6 screen replaced in under 15 minutes and the employees were very pleasant.
