This morning I had the good fortune of meeting Jesse Horoshak at Kain & Scott, Maple Grove. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help me resolve the financial situation I am in, but he did take his time explaining the law, as well as going through my credit report with me. By helping me understand my rights, I now know where to turn next. Mr. Horoshak went above and beyond and found me the name of a good lawyer who can represent me.
Everyone in this office treated us like we were human beings. I cannot tell you how much that meant to us as this was a very difficult decision for us to make, as well as a very humbling stressful situation that we found ourselves in. Thanks so much for all your help!

In the months leading up to me filing bankruptcy, I didn't have a lot of good things happen. Just before filing bankruptcy my mother passed away from pancreatic cancer, at the same time my girlfriend of five years also left me. A few days later I walked in the Kain & Scott. Most of the time you going to the lawyers office you just feel they're there to represent you and take money. But that wasn't the case here, if you days after my first office visit I received a letter in my mail from them. Was a sympathy card with all their signatures and wonderful statements written on it about the loss of my mom.
