Niland is such a sweet lady. She was very helpful and helped us find everything we needed for our daughter who is in a wedding in September.
Went in to check out colors and dresses for a prior engagement last year. I had just recently had a miscarriage and she made it a point to make sure I had a dress to cover my BIG stomach. She also made it a point that we should not do the colors we wanted and kept telling me I would look bad in a certain dress or color. Why in the world would you ever make a comment about a woman's body who just recently lost a baby?! Then she proceeded to tell my fiancé and I that we should get married at the Ivy room for a discounted price because she was "going out of business". We were in there for 3 hours and I left with nothing. All the dresses I looked at were stained or ripped and for an outrageous price. I will never ever go back into this place again. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Giving this place one star because I have to. The owner of this store, Nila, is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. I was supposed to be a bridesmaid in a wedding and was quoted a price for my dress. When I went in, she charged me five times the price, just for the "deposit." When the wedding was called off, we asked her for the dress, since we had paid for it in full, to which she refused. She said she would sell it on consignment, instead. While we argued to just get the dress we had paid for, she screamed at us to get out of her store, she called us ridiculous, said we were "screwing her over." Never, ever, go to this place for business. She is a total scam artist who will try to bleed you dry for nothing in return.
The dresses are beautiful but aren't marked down if have rips or tears in them. And the owner isn't very kind, she maybe just be blunt but some words she said were very hurtful for a teenage girl to hear.
