I have used this laundromat for a few years now. I love that it is open 24/7, but that isn't enough to appeal to me anymore.

This wasn't enough to fully put me off, I just became even more careful, started using laundry sanitizer as well.

My clothes are an investment, I purchase nice clothing, I take good care of them and eventually resell and purchase new clothes. I've lost around $50-$100 in new clothinf that has been ruined here. If you care for your clothing, don't use this laundromat.

I'd say in the past year it has gone down hill, in the sense that it is clear they are not cleaning their machines. A few months back I used their biggest washer for a big load of my clothes and they came out smelling like skunk. The owner gave me $4 to compensate, which was nice, but wasn't enough to re-wash my clothing. He stated he'd run some bleach through it, when I came back the following week I started to smell the washers before I used them and the big washer smelled like rotten urine.

The last 3-4 times I went, my clothes came home with oil on them. Either cooking oil or possibly from a mechanics dirty clothes. The oil will not come out, I've tried eveything I have found online to get it out. I tried using different machines each time and I would still find stains, we went last weekend and found a cigarette in the dryer... that was the final straw.

It is a bad combination of people washing things they shouldn't be washing, being careless and the owner not caring. I recommend Snow White wash in Brainerd, they have some nice new machines and their dryers are far more efficient.
