When I arrived, the woman who took the order, who didn't look more than 16 years old, was in plain clothes consisting of shortie shorts, a tank top, and no hair net or anything. She was then in the back handling food, boxing up for delivery, and I did not see her wash her hands after taking payment and handling food.
The pizza was fine, but here is my complaint. I called in an order for pickup. The lady on the phone said 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived, the pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet. It seems the Pizza maker advances the order, even if he hadn't actually started on the order. The order actually took 25 minutes. And this is not actually the biggest part of the problem.
The drivers are always nice but pizza is always sloppy. I'm a vegetarian but my boyfriend isn't. We get have peporioni half without. His toppings always go on my side. EVERYTIME. Its getting to the point where I might just stop ordering from here.
This store needs better management.
Very quick delivery, came sooner than expected. I forgot to ask for a receipt for reimbursement from my employer so I called them after I got my food. They couldn't email one to me but offered to send the driver back out! I declined as I wasn't going to bother someone for just a receipt especially when I forgot to ask for one. But that's great customer service! Five stars for these guys. :)
The conversation between this person and the male employees in the store was not professional at all.
Didn’t get sauce for wings, which is all we ordered. When we called to try and catch the driver the employee was rude. She told us we would have to wait for our sauce until he returns to the store. By the time that would have happened our food would have been cold. Poor customer service.
Good experience so far. Good timing both carryout and delivery, fine pizzas, accurate all the time. Happy customer :)
