I purchased a car wash card from Petro Plus and when I asked if I could use it for a wash I was told no, that was from the previous owner. I had four washes left and I don't believe that is right! So, I just throw it away and chock it up to Casey's not wanting our business! Loss of four washes makes for good conversation with our NE neighbors!
