I bought a product a couple of weeks ago. I didn't use it until a couple of days later. I followed the instructions and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to work, so I took it back for a replacement. They said the product had been used because there was water in it. Well, the instructions said to put water in it, otherwise it wouldn't work. So, there you are. They could see that it wa new. I had the package and the receipt. I wasn't asking for my money back. I was asking for a replacement. All this said, they wouldn't do it. They simply would not replace a defective unit. The cost was s$40.

I've been a customer at this place for nearly a year and have spent a few hundred dollars at this store...but not any more . I'll not be returning. What kind of a company does not stand behind their product? In my view, not a very ethical one that's for sure.
