Terrible. Angry, says package was delivered, called them they say its delivered, I NEVER received it.
Its fedex. Everyone complaining apparenlty has never shipped a god dam thing. You get what you pay for. They deliver to the middle of nowhere in aitkin county from brainerd fairly fast and they have never told me to go away or that they failed to deliver. They have always delivered on time.
Delivery exception here, Delivery exception there. They seem to be very lazy because they cannot even bother to bring a simple package to my apartment. Very lazy.
RUDE!!!!! I've alway had a great experience working with Fedex both for our personal and business shipping needs - however our delivery person was extremely rude and unapologetic about a mix up. We had a package that needed a signature for delivery - he placed a notice on our detached garage instead of walking up to the house to see if we were home - which we were. When the package was re-delivered a couple of days later, we got into a heated exchange. He threw my fragile package to the ground and swore at me. This was ugly.
I was expecting a package on Thursday. It was on the truck out for delivery at 6:17 am. At 4:50 pm they stated and unattempted delivery due to bad weather. I don't know where this driver was, because our weather was beautiful Thursday for winter. I work outside part of my day, and I couldn't ask for better weather for winter. Don't lie about why you didn't deliver. That package contained many gifts I needed for school gifts tomorrow. Thank you for not delivering, and lying about your reason. No excuse for not doing your job!
