It is right on of me
I am so upset by having to call a robot who cannot figure out my tracking numbers and has informed me I will have to wait 46-60 minutes to talk to a real person. This is disgusting......just let me call my local post office!
It would be nice to talk to an actual person. I don't have a credit or debit card for a change of address. I think it's crazy I have to pay a single dime to change my address. So my mail continues to go to an old address because I can't go to the post office to change it, and I don't have a credit card, and I can't speak to an actual person for assistance.
