Unbelievably rude customer service. There were multiple gas leaks which I took pictures of- there were gas lines rigged up to the apartments by an above ground hose at one point! I had an apartment with one window and the door didn't have a window on it. Isn't it illegal not to have a window in the bedroom? The owner's seem nice maybe they just need to pay more attention to how their business is being run. It wasn't entirely unsatisfying experience because they were understanding when I moved out a month early on my lease.
I have been renting from Diversified for almost 2 years now. I have absolutely no complaints. When I first started renting with them, there was an office manager that was not the greatest. The owners got a new office manager and since all things have been amazing. Any time I call I get a response within an hour and everything is handled in a very timely manner.
Very rude and misleading.
The people who are running this establishment need to take another look. They are late every month on getting rent. They do not cash rent checks for months at times, and are very rude. The costomer service is extremely lacking. I will never rent from this business again!
