My 2007 Honda Odyssey had a blown head gasket. The car was in great shape otherwise and we wished to have it restored. Advanced auto installed a used engine with low millage. They did an excellent job. There were no unreasonable surprises. A couple of brackets and an engine sensor that were needed were unexpected expenses, but the price for those was also very reasonable. We have lived in Brainerd for 10 years, but in the past, I have brought our cars to a mechanic in the Twin Cities for repairs. The sale of that business caused me to look for another option. I am impressed with the management and mechanics at Advanced Auto, and I will not hesitate to bring my cars to them in the future!
My family was staying in the area and ready to head 2.5 hours home. Our car wouldn’t start but we were able to get a jump. After the jump our hood wouldn’t close, we called Advanced and they said to bring it in. When I arrived they knew what I needed, came to the parking lot and had it fixed in 5 minutes nevermind the -9 degree day. All for the cost of a handshake, these guys are the real deal. Thank You!!!!
