Took care of us and gave us a great deal! The "thank you" card sent to us was a great "finishing touch"!
I feel this is the best place to get a vehicle repaired in the Brainerd area. The staff is polite, conscience and knows what they are doing. I do not have the necessary mechanical skills to maintain my own vehicles and often thought I was getting ripped off when bringing my vehicles in. I do not feel that way about Heartland tire now!
Now that Dan is in charge I would highly recommend you to check into the services offered by them.
I appreciate Dan, Curt, Stacey and everyone at Heartland Tire in Brainerd. It is important to keep business local and the customer service that I experience every time I bring my car in is excellent. As a female, it is very intimidating to walk into a mechanic and not worry that you are going to be taken advantage of. I didn't grow up in the area so it was hard to find someone that I trust and have confidence in, but Dan and everyone at Heartland has demonstrated time and again that they are trustworthy and experts in the business. If you don't have a good mechanic or not satisfied, Heartland tire is a great place to do business. They might not be the cheapest in town, but they have competitive prices and the customer service is great and you can't put a price on good customer service these days!
