They take care of all of our rental properties, they do a better job than I ever did and they treat both the renters and owners fairly. Couldn't survive without their help, Thanks Matt, Rick, Barry and the office ladies.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are VERY unorganized. They lost our cosigner paper and claimed that we didn't turn it in even though we had the receipt. Also they failed to tell us that the house is going to be for sale again in the spring so if someone buys it, we would be out on our asses. I will never go through them again. Very disappointed!
Most unorganized business I have EVER had to deal with, anything from loosing forms to not telling the renter any vital information, wait for a showing and the realtor is at the wrong house, rude and not providing proper information to the renter, never again will I go through this stress that they put upon us
