One of the most horrific phone experiences I have ever had with a "manager" and she just cost the company a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
Called in to get a quote, mind you this was my third quote of the day, my jaw almost hit the floor when she gave me their price. Over 600 dollars for a windshield that every other place had quoted me 1/3 of that price. If you like inflated prices and rude telephone experiences this is the place for you. I called safelite afterwards and they gave me a life time warranty with installation and windshield for under 250.00 plus they come out to wherever you need them to.
We had a great experience at City Auto Glass. This past summer we were on vacation and needed our windshield replaced. City Auto glass did it quickly, and efficiently. We were able to continue our Minnesota vacation with a new windshield.
This is a HORRIBLE company to work with!!! I called to ask why my order was messed up when trying to get my back window fixed and the manager, Rachel, kept talking over me and interrupting me. She would ask what my problem was and when I would try to tell her she would start talking over me so I couldn't explain anything. I asked her who her manager was and she laughed at me saying, "I am the manager of all the Branches". When I asked who the owner was she told me his name but would not connect me with his voicemail or give me a contact number. An outside agency ended up having to fix my problem because she was to unprofessional to handle her job.
