Called a couple of days before I was going out of town and they were able to get me in right away and fix the problem, also brought me to work and picked me up. Very good service!
Battery indicator light came on while in route to friend's cabin. Brought van in early Monday morning to Honda dealership who couldn't guarantee us getting in this week! Looked up repair services in brainerd and called up West Brainerd who were able to get us in at 11am. We drove out of their parking lot at 11:30! Very friendly, fast service at a competitive price. Lifetime warranty on the alternator too! Highly recommend this auto shop to out of town visitors.
