We've been going to Cragun's since the 80's. Love this place! Great service, excellent old-world north woods feel, especially the family cabins along the south end of the bay. Indoor and outdoor pools for the kids to cover all the seasonal and weather changes, excellent food service all around, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, plenty of dock space and marina services if you bring your own boat, (rentals are also available).
There is always something for everyone at Craguns! Sleigh rides, pool with poolside café, karaoke, and much more fun. Rooms are well cleaned and helpful staff!
Rented villa 687 and loved it. Multiple bathrooms and beds made it a nice weekend with a group of 16. A nice Balcony to enjoy the evening with friends and drinks. The villa also had a nice kitchen loaded with all utensils to cook everything we could've wanted. Very enjoyable beach with access to boats. Highly recommend Cragun's Resort.

The entire time I have been able to make these changes and ask these questions with a simple email. I've had the pleasure of working with Sue for our reservation and every request is IMMEDIATELY tended to and followed up with an email that the request has been fulfilled. Sue has made me feel like Craguns is looking forward to having us stay with them. I feel as tho I've been chatting with a longtime friend. Receiving such amazing customer service verifies that we made the right choice by choosing Craguns for our annual holiday trip.
We haven't even stayed for our vacation yet, but I'm already blown away by the AMAZING customer service I have received. I booked the New Years Eve family vacation package. I had a few questions before making the reservation, then had some changes to the reservation, added a day, removed a day, etc.
We can't wait for all of the fun activities :)
We go to Cragun's at least once a year. Book well ahead of time if you want the family cabins, they go fast, especially on holiday weekends.
We checked into our room and I used the bathroom right away and saw 2 hairs right off the bat in the shower, so I went to check the beds. Pulled the covers back and in one bed there was a blood stain with a bunch of hair both on top of the bed and in the sheets. Checked the other bed and another stain of something and a bunch of hair. Called down to get our rooms 're cleaned, we could t switch rooms as it was booked. A bum looking guy and girl didn't even knock, they just used the key and barged in and we were getting ready for our night, very rude. He barged it at 530pm. We asked him to come back at 6. He persisted and asked if he could start cleaning now as we would be in the room, I declined bc we still had to change. They waited outside our room. We came back they night, they changed the sheets but did not reclean the bathroom/shower. Will not be visiting again
